For our Corporate Clients, Invision does work with Purchase Orders and furthermore, we do offer a Pick-up and Delivery Service locally.
Our charge of either Pick-up and or Delivery is $25.00/Trip.
Rack Mount / Open Frame Industrial and Commercial displays
These monitors are repaired at a rate of $100.00/ Hr. plus parts.
Although theses displays may appear like any ordinary monitor, in most cases they are not. Manufactures may utilize proprietary scan rates as well as screen resolutions which are not documented by the manufacturers, thus making for a more difficult repair, though not impossible.. Invision, Inc. has been repairing these types and styles of monitors since it's inception. We are well acquainted with them and are able to repair them. If for some reason (such as a part is no longer available) we are not able to be repaired we are able to recommend an upgrade path such as a retrofit of newer technology into you're existing cabinet in almost all cases.
Estimates for repair on these specialty displays
are $50.00 which is included in the total labor for repair. This fee applies ONLY to displays that are not approved for repair.
Furthermore
We also offer an Expidite Program. For an additional $75.00 we can either estimate OR repair the display within 24 Hr's, providing parts are in stock. As stated previously, we are well acquainted with these displays and have a large inventory of parts allowing us to offer this service. If the parts are not on hand, we have a diverse network whereupon we are more times than not, able to obtain the part or parts needed for repair.
Standard Legacy CRT Display Types
Mono TTL - $ 60.00 Flat Rate Minor Repair. Plus Parts for Major Repairs.
Mono VGA - $ 60.00 Flat Rate Minor Repair. Plus Parts for Major Repairs.
EGA/CGA - $150.00 Flat Rate Minor Repair. Plus Parts for Major Repairs.
15" VGA/SVGA - $50.00 Flat Rate Minor Repair. Plus Parts for Major Repairs
17" VGA/SVGA - $85.00 Flat Rate Minor Repair. Plus Parts for Major Repairs
19"~21" VGA/SVGA - Typically $125.00 plus parts, however due to various grades (Consumer & Professional grades)
labor rates can be more. In these cases, Invision recommends customers to request an estimate
for repair. Estimates on display repairs are FREE..
Specialty CRT Displays such as utilized in Industrial and Commercial Environments are typically $100.00/Hr plus parts,
due to various grades and scan rates and supporting circuits and components to achieve these special scan rates.
In these cases, Invision recommends customers to request an estimate
for repair. Estimates for repair on these specialty displays
are $50.00 which is included in the total labor for repair. This fee applies ONLY to display that are not approved for repair.
This cost is assessed to cover the time a technician will spend to evaluate your display and thus allow us to estimate the cost to repair.
Additionally: There will be a $20.00 charge for ALL CRT Displays not either picked up and or returned. This is our cost of Disposal. In
the case of returns return shipping and or delivery charges will apply.

15" VGA/SVGA/XGA - $69.00 Flat Rate, excluding Lamp(s), Panels and or Complete boards should they need to be replaced.
17" VGA/SVGA/XGA - $79.00 Flat Rate, excluding Lamp(s), Panels and or Complete boards should they need to be replaced.

Rates for display repairs are the same as sizes and types listed above. Repair of the actual touch interface alone will be by estimate only. There are too many types and kinds of touch interfaces available to be able to accurately define what a repair may cost. Estimates for repair on these specialty displays
are $25.00 which is included in the total labor for repair. This fee applies ONLY to displays that are not approved for repair.
Projectors:
Invisioin, Inc. is a
Mitsubishi Authorized Service Center. All Projectors either brought in or shipped in, we will need a copy of the POP (Proof of Purchase) to obtain Warranty Serice as well as description of defect.
